  1. Is it possible to bring objects from rhino into GC like surfaces for instance?

    It isn't hard to bring into Microstation but GC doesn't include it in it's symbolic diagram.

  2. anything you can make in rhino you can bring into gc. look under the ModelAttachment page in the help. hints:

    - must be .dgn-format (dwg from rhino and into microstation is one way of achieving this, parasolid or .sat are good if you have solid geometry rtaher than srfs or curves)
    - must refer to the correct model name within the file(mstation mods are typically calles "default" whereas autocad uses "model")

    after the import you can promote the geometry to gc-recognizable elements, again it's detailed in the help.
    hints:

    - only promotes one type of geometry at a time, e.g. if rhino or whatever model consists of a surface and some lines you make two dgn files, one per geom. type, then in gc two attachments and two promotions, one for bsplinesrf and one for line.
